About the association
The Jordanian Programming Association (JPA) is a non-profit founded in 2015 to grow the programming community in Jordan through competitions, training, and international representation.
Mission
To raise the level of programming and algorithmic problem solving in Jordan, and to give every motivated student a fair path to local, regional, and international competitions.
Vision
A Jordan where every school and university has an active programming community, and where Jordanian teams consistently compete at the highest international level.

Our story
- 2015
The association is founded in Amman to coordinate programming competitions across Jordanian universities.
- 2017
First national school olympiad in informatics, with participating schools from across the kingdom.
- 2019
Expanded training camps and partnerships with universities preparing for the ICPC Arab Collegiate Programming Contest.
- 2022
Launched mentorship and online judges to reach students outside the capital.
- Today
Operating year-round programs in schools, universities, and the wider tech community.
